It was the first time I'd used Oakwood but it'll be my number one option from now on as it was just so simple. The transfers each way took only minutes, and both guys were friendly and helpful. My car was parked only a few steps from where the bus dropped me on my return too, so no having to wander round a car park trying to track it down! The bus seats could have maybe benefited from a bit of a clean, but that's the only tiny negative point in what was a great, stress-free service.

Excellent! Have used Oakwood on a number of occasions. Easy to find, very near, bus runs even for one passenger. Please, this is not a criticism, but a handle on the drivers side door to pull up would be a help, but then most of your passengers aren't 75!. Thanks for such good service.

Very swift transfers both ways..have used the service at least 3 times and will be using them again when flying from Bristol.

Excellent service. Cheaper than parking at Bristol airport. Much, much quicker drop off and pick up than using the airport silver zone car park. Little or no waiting. Will certainly use Oakwood again. Thank you.
