The pick ups and drop off were very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the only issue I had, was I had just washed my car when I left it, when I got it back it looked as if it had been run through some dirty water.

The booking arrival and leaving procedures very efficient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The costs were excellent and good value for money.

Prompt pick up from car park to airport and same on return. Pleasant staff. The operation has become slicker over the years I've been using it. Deserves 4 to 5 star rating.

Good service and friendly people. Only criticism is that the mobile number given to call on return to the airport kept diverting to another number that was not answered.

Usually very good but arrived back at 23.30 on a Friday night, got given my keys but when I went to move my car it was blocked in by another car. Hopefully this was a one off.

Easy to find. No problem checking in and was quickly picked up after phoning on return. Only issue was we landed at night and the car had been moved. No lighting in parking area so car was difficult to locate.

Location close to airport, quick service to/from airport.

Quite a good experience. The booking process was easy enough. On arrival we were dealt with quickly but the receptionist was not over friendly. Arriving back in the UK I had difficulty getting through to Oakwood as both the numbers on the card were not accepting calls or messages. The driver was okay but rather heavy handed with the cases.

Very convenient, cheapest parking we found, no real issues other than no shelter if it rains(and it did heavily). Bus was over crowded but will use again

Very good service, buses run frequently and there’s plenty of car parking space. Very close to airport and very easy to find. Would recommend the service. Drivers don’t help with lifting on or off the bags. This could be awkward for older passengers and we would usually leave tips for service. Some of the drivers could do with customer care lessons.
