Friendly staff (drivers were lovely guys), good location very close to the airport, prompt pick up after our return flight to Bristol, very reasonably priced. Only let down is their pick-up and set-down area which was very dusty (and probably muddy when it's wet) so all our bags got quite dirty (and so did our clothes when we picked our bags up). A small hardstanding area would improve things considerably.

The car park was easy to locate. The mini bus service to the airport was quick and there was hardly any waiting around. The drivers drove well. On the way up, we had a lovely, jolly middle aged man who made small talk with us. On the way back, we had a younger driver who didn't seem very polite and was difficult to understand due to limited English. When we picked up our car and I asked where it was parked, I was told to just click my keys and I would see it. It was much further away that I would have anticipated and consequently I was walking around in the dark for 5 minutes.

We were very pleased with the friendly and efficient service from both reception and drivers at Oakwood Parking, Bristol and would definitely use you again. The only slight downside is the somewhat chaotic entrance, where incoming and outgoing cars conflict, along with minibuses requiring space to load/unload. Otherwise all good.

Really pleased, so easy, bus was there to take us when we dropped the car off and is so close to the airport.

Needed 2 vans when we departed as stood for 25 minutes at 4.15am waiting in a queue on 21/5. Great on way back as 2 vans running so very efficient.

Good value car park. A bit of a problem on pick up due to a lot of people wanting pick up from airport at once but didn’t have to wait too long to get transfer to car park. Would use again.

Good price for 7 days parking & only a short trip to the airport. On landing I phoned the mobile number given to me & we only had to wait 2-3 minutes before the minibus arrived. Only one fault - maybe my car could have been parked nearer to the car park entrance but other than that everything was fine. I would definitely use Oakwood Parking again.
