When I parked my car it was only a day old so when I returned from Newcastle there was mud scuffs on the front passenger seat and the floor. How did that get there. Colin Wyatt.

Easy to find. Cheap payment. Quick pick up and drop off. Pleasant staff. Did not like that my on board camera had been disconnected.

As an old person I was treated in the best possible way by the lovely lady. The service was excellent. It ran like clockwork and the price was right.

Found my car windows had been left part way open, luckily my car was not wet inside. Only had car 4 months. Car dirty with mud outside & in, but we were park in field, couldn’t be helped.

Good points are it is only a couple of hundred yards from the airport and price was competitive. Drop off was quick and efficient. Pick up was a bit chaotic as there was only one minivan running and it wasn't large enough to take everyone waiting. My car was a bit muddy on pickup and it looked as though there had been some effort to remove even more beforehand. (There was a very muddy field by the drop off, with lots of recent tyre tracks so I'm guessing it might have been parked there or somewhere similar.) Overall I'd use it again and factor in the cost of a car wash afterwards :)

once again great service from Oakwood, had a delay of 24 hours getting back and not charged any extra ? Top outfit, will always be my first choice.

All was very good. Came from South Wales, though felt instructions to find car park cold have been better: A370,nA4174, A38 (ie NOT Bedminster area!) Other very good. Thanks anyway.
