Excellent drivers, very courteous and on time. Good sound service.

First off, this was the cheapest price I could find for the time I needed. It is convenient as it's only a couple of minutes from the airport. Myself and two other golfing mates arrived at the allotted time. When we tried to get onto the mini bus were were told that we couldn't put our golf clubs on the bus to the airport! I had to then reload the car with the clubs and drive my mates up to the airport drop them and the clubs off and then drive back to Oakwood Parking and catch the next taxi. Then when coming back I had to take the taxi to my car, drive back to the airport and pick up my two other mates and our golf clubs. This was very inconvenient and disappointing, I will probably look for an alternative arrangement next year. Last year we stayed at another park and ride site (just a little further up the road) and the clubs were put on the taxi with us. How on earth would I have managed IF I were the only one travelling. I wouldn't/couldn't have left my clubs then, so how would I have managed? The car came back a little dirty from it being parked in a field somewhere, but apart from the above. It sort of work.

The signage for the car park was not totally clear from the road as to where to park and the attendees were a bit fraught. When we landed we were very lucky to get in the van straight away but they could have done with another van and driver as it was very busy and the one guy was very polite but rushed off his feet. The company should be able to judge this by the bookings made. The field can be muddy but my car was OK. I would use them again.

Very close to Bristol airport. Easy to book the parking with competitive rates. Parking in a field, but the car had been cleaned prior to pick up. will use this facility again.

Transport to and from the airport was smooth and efficient. Fortunately the weather was largely dry so no problems with the field - must be a nightmare after lots of rain.

All went well, service very efficient and helpful. Signage from the A38 into the car park is not easy to spot especially in the dark, the SATNAV left us rather stranded at the crucial moment. If the sign could be placed at right angles to the road, it would make life easier. The parking area itself is part hard-core and part field so could be muddy in the wet. Having found the car park I would definitely use the service again.

Good service. However the carpark was very muddy and we had to valet car on our return from holiday. Could do with the car park being tarmac.

Very efficient service and ideally placed for airport parking.

Overall good service.....would use again as is very close to airport and pick up/drop off was efficient.
