Reviewed on 5th January 2025We are a regular at Oakwood but I was surprised this year to learn about a baggage policy that skis could not be carried on the bus for "insurance purposes". We had to drive skis to short stay an extra fiver each way ... and for what ... a policy.

Reviewed on 2nd January 2025Great service, very quick shuffles back and forth to the airport and friendly staff! Only down side is the ground is very muddy meaning dirty shoes, suitcase and car footwell.

Reviewed on 2nd January 2025Great service, guy on the way to the airport was not massively friendly but the pick up guy was. He prioritised people that had been waiting for a while. Only one person working on new years eve which was annoying as wet had to wait a while with young kids on a cold night. Generally a really good service however.

Reviewed on 30th December 2024Pretty good service on the whole - can be a bit slow at busy times as they only run one pick up at a time - generally friendly good service and not too expensive. I shall definitely return to using Oakwood.

I have use Oakwood Parking loads of time but if it is raining we always get wet and would love a simple shelter erected to stop us doing this, any chance of this in the future ? Do love the simple way of booking along with the discounts. Thanks Julia

Reviewed on 29th December 2024Overall we are really pleased with the service and price, but I’m leaving only 4 stars as we found the driver on the way to the airport annoying. We was trying to be funny but his manner was inappropriate.

Reviewed on 23rd December 2024Very convenient parking near Bristol airport. Transfers to and from the airport included. Our only was how muddy the car park was. Transfers were good hardly any waiting time

Reviewed on 21st December 2024Easy to locate. Quick check in. Didn’t have to wait around to be taken to the airport. Only downside is that it’s very gravelly and dirty so in the wet and dark is a bit of a negotiation. The price variance to the airport parking is huge so I am happy with a bit of dirt on my shoes.
