All good, arrived, parked up straight onto a minibus, bit of a wait for bus upon returning to Bristol airport but to be expected, price not too bad.

Easy drop off + trip to airport. Came back at 1am, easy pick up by nice lady driver, people impatient to get on bus when another one was waiting behind 🙄 Receptionist could have been a bit more amicable + the carpark was pitch black where my car was parked so hard to find. But affordable parking outweighs the slight negatives.

Convenient and good value for money.

Excellent as always at Oakwood. Easy check in and collection. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes at airport for pick up. Only losing 1 point as I think there should be an entry and a separate exit. Also a clearer sign before you actually reach Oakwood.

Aa all round great experience.

Process was very easy, parked car easy handed keys in easy the woman in reception gave me a number to ring if bus wasn’t there in arrival had our transfer with no stress or worry. On arrival rang number and mini bus was there within 10 minutes. The only negative the colour of my car mats after getting into the car as the car is kept on a muddy stone ground during the duration of your trip.

Due to collect car on 18th October could not get car out it was supposed to be dropped up at Beechwood when we finally arrived the man was really helpful said he would of collected us, accommodation very clean and comfortable, unfortunately the girl in the office did not seem to now about accommodation booked. Car park poorly lit.

Great customer service and helpful drivers, car park needs upgrading.

The way it's run is really organized. The only issue is that my car was really muddy and the carpets were also full of mud on my return.

Posh it ain't, but it's reasonably priced, quicker for me to get to than the onsite Bristol Airport Parking and works perfectly! It was very quick and easy both arriving and departing which I appreciated very much. Will definitely use again. Diolch / Thank you X
