As an old person I was treated in the best possible way by the lovely lady. The service was excellent. It ran like clockwork and the price was right.

Found my car windows had been left part way open, luckily my car was not wet inside. Only had car 4 months. Car dirty with mud outside & in, but we were park in field, couldn’t be helped.

Good points are it is only a couple of hundred yards from the airport and price was competitive. Drop off was quick and efficient. Pick up was a bit chaotic as there was only one minivan running and it wasn't large enough to take everyone waiting. My car was a bit muddy on pickup and it looked as though there had been some effort to remove even more beforehand. (There was a very muddy field by the drop off, with lots of recent tyre tracks so I'm guessing it might have been parked there or somewhere similar.) Overall I'd use it again and factor in the cost of a car wash afterwards :)

once again great service from Oakwood, had a delay of 24 hours getting back and not charged any extra ? Top outfit, will always be my first choice.

First off, this was the cheapest price I could find for the time I needed. It is convenient as it's only a couple of minutes from the airport. Myself and two other golfing mates arrived at the allotted time. When we tried to get onto the mini bus were were told that we couldn't put our golf clubs on the bus to the airport! I had to then reload the car with the clubs and drive my mates up to the airport drop them and the clubs off and then drive back to Oakwood Parking and catch the next taxi. Then when coming back I had to take the taxi to my car, drive back to the airport and pick up my two other mates and our golf clubs. This was very inconvenient and disappointing, I will probably look for an alternative arrangement next year. Last year we stayed at another park and ride site (just a little further up the road) and the clubs were put on the taxi with us. How on earth would I have managed IF I were the only one travelling. I wouldn't/couldn't have left my clubs then, so how would I have managed? The car came back a little dirty from it being parked in a field somewhere, but apart from the above. It sort of work.
