Really good service. Only minutes away from the airport. Pick up and drop off were extremely efficient. Happy, friendly driver. would certainly use them again.

We thought the pick up service was very good. Also the delivery to the airport. Helpful chap on Wednesday and Friday this week. Car was safe on return! All good.

Oakwood airport parking Bristol. Location is great and car drop off was spot on easy and transfer to airport took 2 minutes. Return pick up was a bit messy with lots of arrivals coming in at the same time this caused people to queue with no set order of who was next in line. We then had people arguing with the driver causing more delays and people coming straight out of arrivals jumping past the queue onto the bus. Not the end of the world just a bit frustrating will use again if the price was as keen as this booking.

Prompt and courteous service. Staff helpful and pleasant and car ready for collection. Very close to the airport so easy to find- although the sign could be more prominent. Parking a little muddy in wet weather. Would definitely recommend and use Oakwood again.

The arrangements were very straightforward and it was a good transit service. There were some dirty footprints left on the seats, both front and back, which appeared to have been left by a child, which left me wondering how well the car had been looked after while we were away, but these were easily washed off.

I'm a returning customer, The service is convenient, staff are cheerful and helpful, no issues with the vehicle on pick up. Only negative was our party of 8 needed to be separated on departure and arrival, a mild inconvenience. Thanks

The location is very convenient and the rates good. However, the waiting times quoted are very optimistic. On return to Bristol, we had to wait over 40 minutes for a pickup. Even allowing for a full bus and waiting for a second, the wait was very long. This was blamed on "heavy traffic", which was not visible on the return to the car park.

Departure went very smoothly without problems. Return on Wednesday was a disaster (not all the fault of Oakwood) Bristol airport pick up was chaos! I would suggest you have two minibuses to speed up the operation and if possible petition the airport to make changes to their pick up procedure.

Easy, speedy service. Never happy with field cars parked in but as its so. Easy I put up with it.
