Initial Arrival Initial sign posting to the location was limited, on attendance at the yard there was no one to greet my vehicle and the property which was owned by Oakwood appeared derelict. After a quick call a mini bus driver attended and dealt with registration. With the car parked, the driver took my keys and off went to the airport.. the driver was 5***** with laughs and jokes all the way. Arrival Home Unfortunately this is where it went a tad wrong, on about to leave the airport contacted Oakwood and advised that the bus was outside, after a short delay as the airport could not open the main doors I arrived at the airport car park to find that the bus had left. 20 minutes later the bus arrived and off we went back to the storage area to collect our car. Overall, the car park is close to the airport, yes the vehicles are moved to another store (1 mile away) which I hope is more secure than the drop off field. The car parking is cheap compared to Silver Parking and great value for money. Only thing to improve on is someone other than a driver to welcome you on arrival and an additional bus on busy periods

Fantastic service - friendly, fast, great value and genuine. My only criticism, no lite sign, which made it difficult to navigate to at 4am in the dark. Will certainly be using Oakwood parking in the future when flying from Bristol airport 👍🏻

All worked out good - great service -drop off and pick up couldn't faulter - was a bit concerned when we got back - so many cars thought we'd never find us - but we did 😂😂 only a few minutes from the airport - and very cheap - yes definitely using you again - and recommend.

Easy to book. Dealt with efficiently and the transfer was excellent.

These were very quick in the turnaround of getting us to the airport and back they had the keys with the driver so just to unpack the van and off. The only problem hence 4 was the driver did not help with the baggage and me and my husband are on disability we was a family of 5 with 2 children so another customer helped to get the luggage in the van and also off but overall it was really good.

I have found this service to be a good one not too long in waiting times.

Prompt service to and from the airport. Only drawback is cars are parked in a field and with all the rain car wheels were all covered with mud and bodywork had mud splashes all over vehicle sides and car mats needed cleaning when I got home.
