Always use this company as it is close to the airport and competitively priced. Loading of the transfer returning from the airport could have been better organised, too many people jumping the queue.

All good apart from the condition of the ground which urgently needs resurfacing.

Dropping off my car was as usual very easy and efficient but the problem came on our return. They couldn’t find mine and four other customers car keys so we were kept waiting for the best part of half hour. Eventually a man who had been bringing the cars from the top of the parking area came in to the office with all the keys. Only had a week to sort it.

Great service, fast and efficient. No problems. I would suggest you improving the quality of your buses as they are quite rough and scruffy. Apart from that service was great.

Easy enough to find, although I did drive straight passed it, had to turn around. Could do with a bigger entrance sign. (It was 3 oclock in the morning though). Park up, drop keys at reception and get the minibus to the airport, same as return. Easy.

Great service, wasn’t waiting around very long for the mini bus to and from Bristol Airport. My car was blocked in on leaving, but only due to a delayed flight in front.

Process is pretty easy from beginning to end. Maximum wait for transfer to/from airport was 10 minutes. We have been using Oakwood for a long time now & we have noticed that they have grown in size but it hasn’t detracted from the good service.

Easy process from parking up, giving in the keys and being dropped off, all within 20 minutes. Coming back, even less time because the transfer minibus was already there when we got our bags. The car was clean and no damage to it , and 15 miles had been added to the mileage so I guess it was parked in their other compound.

Very efficient on the way out. Nobody answered the phone on arrival back to Bristol. Answerphone on first attempt then could not connect. Not the level of service I have had before, usually really good.

Not such a good experience coming back from a late night flight on my own. I couldn't get an answer on there phone to say I had arrived. When I did find the vehicle it was a scrum to get on as so many people waiting. It was so dark I couldn't find my car. The lady in the office kindly helped me. Being elderly it was all a bit much. Not your usual standard. .
