Finding the park was easy. leaving our car and get a shuttle bus to airport also very easy and immediate. On return it was not what we expected. very busy shuttle, many passengers, had to go back twice to get all of them, insufficient place for the luggage. otherwise it was good... so I have put neutral rating as we felt the return was a bit disorganised...

Booking in was easy and we arrived very early in the morning so being taken to the airport went very smoothly. However, on our return it was chaos. We phoned when we were in the car park as we were told. The bus arrived within 5 minutes but loads of people rushed the bus and we were unable to get on. Another bus arrived 15 minutes later but stopped in another place and by the time we saw it, it was full up. We went right to the entrance so we wouldn't miss the next bus, but even though we ran after it we were still unable to get on it. Fortunately as I complained that this was the third bus we had tried to get on, a couple gave up their seats and let us on. Surely there can be a better system. Maybe take our names when we ring in and give it to the driver so it can be a first come first served system. Instead the driver not the office is taking the calls and just saying a bus will be there soon.

Dropping your car off and going to the Airport is Great. Huge downside is collection, as they have no system for people to line up it is a mad rush for the bus irrespective if you have been waiting for 10 minutes or not, unfortunately due to this now happening to my wife and I twice we won't be using Oakwood again.

We'd not been to the car park before so the lack of signs outside was a major problem. I accept you had recently taken over the facility and this was probably a work in progress. Otherwise it worked well, regarding pick up from the airport and getting the car.

It was nice and close the the airport which is a bonus. On return when we got collected it was a complete and utter farce with everyone pushing in and taking the seats which would put me off using them again. Not the companies fault really as I can't see any other way of setting it up which was a shame. The staff were efficient but the car park itself could do with some proper signage rather than a hand written note on a bit of cardboard stapled to a fence.

The cost and location to the airport were fine. My only feedback was that we arrived back at 4 o'clock in the morning. The lower car park where our car was dropped back to was poorly lit. I fell over and have numerous bruising to legs and feet. Better lighting is required when dark.

The drop-off was fine except that the receiving agent did not provide us with the contact telephone number that we should ring on our return. Also the parking area was a shambles with cars no clear indication of where to park. On our return a lady at airport information rang Oakwood and my wife spoke to the Oakwood contact who said that we should proceed to the pick up point as the bus was on its way. Fifteen minutes later no bus, so we called Oakwood again and they said again that they were on their way. We saw the Oakwood bus enter the pick up area, it drove straight past us and stopped at the other side of the area about 30 metres away and dropped off a passenger and went straight off. Wielding suit cases etc. we didn’t have time to get across to the bus before it departed. We called Oakwood again and told them what had happened and they brusquely told us that they were very busy although that wasn’t a good reason for missing us. After a further ten minutes the bus arrived and the driver was clearly miffed at being criticised and was surly.

Staff were very helpful and friendly but had to wait on our return for 20 minutes then the first bus turned up but couldn’t fit us all on so we had to wait another 10 minutes, then we all only just got on been using for years but this was definitely not as efficient unfortunately.

Check in / check out was hassle free and pick up was prompt. However, car was covered in a thick layer of dust on our return from holiday, which may deter us from booking with you again in the future.
