Everything was fine until returning to the car. It had been raining so suitcases dropped off on muddy ground, then had to roll them though muddy area to office to collect my keys and roll them back again. Of course mud marks now in my car as well as in suitcases.

The ground adjacent to the office needs to be tarmac that’s when we returned it was absolutely soaking wet and subsequently our cases were full of mud going into the car.

The service is good and quick to get between the car and airport. My only issue with parking here is when I get home have to clean the carpet, because someone has muddy feet when the car is moved.

All okay, but They left car dirty like HELL! Driver side. They should use some paper mates on the floor or clean they boots !!!! Half a ton of mud in my car ! Not happy with that!!!!!!

Was okay, picked up from airport and they allowed to overfill the minibus, with customers sat on our luggage. Once we returned to our car that had been moved half way up the field, we started rolling when we sat in and realised they had left our handbrake off.

This car park is ideally located for Bristol airport transfers. It is unfortunately muddy and the car, cases and your shoes get full of mud if it rains. The driver that we dealt with in the early morning doesn’t assist with cases or bags. It is however reasonably priced.

I have used Oakwood on several occassions. On each occassion there has been no organisation on pick up at Bristol Airport when you just want to get home. On the last 3 occassions I have used the issues have been: They collected one person per group to return to get their keys and give each person a £1 to go back and pick up their family/luggage as there were too many people waiting for the van. They have no ordering system on order of people that have called for collection so on three occassions there have been people unhappy that others that arrived after them have gone before them. They take the luggage from people without knowing how many seats are remaining on the bus so on 2 out of 3 occassions I have witnessed them having to take luggage back off and people have wait for the next bus to arrive. The most recent trip allowed someone on the minibus without a seat. They need to have an ordering system in place where the office staff take the name and number of passengers. The driver then calls the name of the parties being collected. Currently the drivers of the vans are taking the calls so unable to order the calls as driving as well as answering the calls. I believe that they shouldn't be touching a device to answer calls but they do. The device is above their heads so would think that they are taking their eyes of the road to answer the call. They need two office staff one that deals with the drop offs and the other for collections so they can sort the collection at Bristol airport. Feedback I give is so the company can improve as I will continue to use them due to the cost/location but they do need to improve the pick up process as it will lose customers if they don't as people just want to het home.

Pretty poor customer service, miserable drivers. Car blocked in when we got back. However it is cheap and near the airport.

Was okay dropping the car off. But when we landed back at Bristol at 2am there were only 2 mini buses there to pick all the people up who had parked in Oakwood. Having come from Corfu heat and having to wait in the damp and cold was not pleasant. As you would have been aware of how many people were on that flight more mini buses should have been laid on.
