Great going out landed but return Monday 18th 10pm had to wait whilst bus to collect did 2 full trips before we could board. Had young children so maybe another van in these busy periods? Over hour from calling to car!!

I was upset to find large dirty dog paw prints inside and outside drivers door window as if dog had jumped up to open window of door. Could not verify this as camera in car had been disconnected, not a thing a respectable company would not need to do and a very worrying discovery.

Staff were pleasant enough. I had some concern about leaving keys with them. They told me that vehicle may have to be positioned with the car park. I took the mileage before leaving my car. When I returned to pick up it was in a different place near entrance to car park. I noticed the mileage had gone up by 4 miles. When I questioned this I was told that Oakwood has overflow parking on two other sites.

Parking okay, only my floor in the car is in the mud. someone was in dirty shoes.

I have used Oakwood a few times and have previously found them very good indeed but this last time when I rang to say I was through baggage and at the door the driver said he was there at the collection point. when I got there, (a few minuets later only) he was not there. After looking around I rang again to be told, cold and foggy and I was not impressed to have to wait another 10 minutes or so for another driver to return who said that driver had gone off shift. I do hope this was a one off as I would like to book there again but am now a little nervous to do so.

We where traveling with a baby and had two large cases, a car seat, stroller and hand luggage. On arrival the concreted area was blocked off, I parked next to it and unloaded the luggage before parking the car in the main very muddy parking lot.when the shuttle arrived Passengers where loaded in 30 yards away from the concreted area so I had to carry everything through the mud to the shuttle. On return my car was moved to the concrete area, the shuttle driver unloaded everything into the mud parking lot from where I carried everything into the opposite direction again. All very unnecessary because there where only two passengers on the shuttle. Other than that everything was fine.

Couldn’t fault the gentleman who took us to the airport on the 8th December. Great laugh and well mannered. However the driver who picked us up on the 15th at around 20:30 was really rude and spoke to us like a bunch of idiots. I understand that no one wants to work on a Saturday night but when you’ve got paying customers, it helps to not be miserable.

The parking was fine and easy transfers from and to the airport. However when I got back to my car the interior was very muddy, even my sunglasses case was covered in mud.

Very close to airport as stated. Staff good BUT very poor signage means it is easy to miss. Hence the 3 and not 5.

Efficient and friendly service, never long to wait for minibus to/from airport. Parking area can be very dirty in wet weather and people move your car without placing paper mats so muddy feet on floor. Car had mysteriously done an extra 4 miles on return, radio channels changed and turned up loud, interior lights switched on and settings altered ... no need to interfere with peoples cars.
