Reviewed on 10th September 2018Service to the airport was hassle free, waiting for us at 05.30am, straight up to the airport. Return pick up was a nightmare, no organisation it was a first come first served !! we were a family of seven, bus got full in seconds had to wait 20 minutes for it to return with a baby then we were lucky to all get on nightmare. !!!

Reviewed on 6th September 2018Not very well sign posted so difficult to find especially in the dark, but once found the place it was very quick and smooth process. Little shuttle buses took people back and forth very regularly, staff were polite and helpful. Our car did have a scratch on side door though as if someone had hit it with their door, unfortunately didn't notice it until back home :(

Reviewed on 31st August 2018Dropping car off at 4:00am in morning and taken to airport excellent. On return not so good after a 4 1/2 flight waited for bus to pick us up only to be told could only take drivers so they could pick your car up then they would have to come back to airport to pick your party up , surely this is what we paid for. So wasn’t very impressed. In all fairness bus driver was very apologetic said she had a very busy day also gave us all £1 for airport parking.

Reviewed on 28th August 2018Good service, much cheaper than the airport. The only thing that I would suggest is that you have a notice up to explain people what to do when the arrive as it was a bit confusing and there was no one to ask.

Reviewed on 24th August 2018We booked this car park as it was significantly cheaper than the airport alternatives. The communication prior to us getting there was very good and it was easy to change our vehicle details at the last minute. Check in was also smooth and trouble free and we were taken by mini bus to the airport. On arriving back we were collected by mini bus and were slightly concerned when we were sent to a locked shed to pick up our keys. The keys were eventually located in an unmanned and unlocked shack at the corner of the field this did not seem at all secure. Unfortunately due to this we would not use Oakwood parking again.

Reviewed on 12th August 2018The driver was polite and on time, but he had far too many people to pick up being the only driver that night! It was 00.30 in the morning, two flights had come into Bristol Airport, everyone was tired and just wanting to get home, but half the group were left behind because there wasn’t enough room on the mini bus! There could have been an outbreak of arguments because people were rushing to leave their cases at the back of the bus and rushing to get on the bus to make sure they had a seat! The poor driver was most concerned about this and asked everyone to not get on the bus until their case was loaded onto it. The situation was bordering on being chaotic, which isn’t a nice feeling at the end of a long day travelling. It was awful driving off to see others left behind in the cold who had failed to get on the bus! This uncomfortable situation could have been easily avoided if there had been two mini buses put on for this collection time. Surely Oakwood Parking knew how many holiday makers were to be picked up?? With the amount of money they are making each week, I’m sure they can afford more than one - especially that time of night! It has put me off using them again in case I’m one of the people left behind in the cold...or worse the rain.

Reviewed on 9th August 2018Very close to the airport which is great. Outward journey a smooth, quick service. Parked easily and transfer took 5 minutes which was great. Return journey - not so good. As we arrived at 3am, we stayed at the Hilton next to the terminal. Rang to ask if we could be collected from hotel to be told that the minibus was not allowed into the car park. This was not true as we had already checked with hotel staff. When I questioned the matter further, explaining we had heavy bags the person on the phone said her boss refused permission for us to be collected from the hotel and we needed to go back to the drop off point. This meant carrying our bags back up lots of steps. The hotel is 30 seconds from the drop off point so we felt this would've been a very simple pick up. The driver was polite but not overly helpful. He stood talking to us with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and there was no offer of help to get our luggage out of the minibus. I would use the service again but I think a more flexible, professional service would make the experience better. Maybe polo shirts for the drivers with Oakwood logo on and and no smoking policy when dealing with customers would be a starting point.

Reviewed on 1st August 2018On arrival chap wasn't that friendly but no problem other than that. Coming back we contacted the driver and he said he would be with us in 5 minutes, unfortunately no queuing system so people went in front of us meaning we had to wait for the bus to return. Driver however was very friendly and helpful. Will use this car park in the future.

Reviewed on 25th July 2018We had to wait 25 minutes at the car park for the minibus to airport. Talking to other customers waiting, this wasn’t the usual experience. I can only describe what happened for us on this occasion. Leave plenty of time. The return journey could not have been smoother.
