Reviewed on 21st February 2023Really smooth and simple, transferred to the airport within minutes and phoned to be collected when we got back. Mini bus was full on the way back so had to wait an extra 10 minutes for it to return to collect us but wasn't a problem. Just booked again for August :-)

Reviewed on 20th February 2023Great service, smooth drop off and pick up. Friendly staff. No issues. The only reason this is a 4 star and not 5 is because the ground of the car park is sandy / muddy and absolutely filthy - if it's been raining especially. This means that all your suitcase wheels (and suitcase itself if it falls over) get covered in muck which was a bit of a pain on the way home as it made a right mess of our car and then house when we brought the luggage in. It would absolutely NOT stop me using them again however as the price was superb and they are super close to the airport.

Reviewed on 20th February 2023It is a very friendly and efficiently run parking business. The only complaint I had was that my car was filthy inside from muddy shoes and I dont know where the cars go, somewhere off site, but my car was covered in caked on mud! Overall I am very satisfied with Oakwood and the staff are wonderful. I always use them - thank you.

Reviewed on 17th February 2023We always use Oakwood when flying from Bristol, probably about 15 times. Never needed to wait too long for pickup or drop off and it's a very short ride to the airport. Prices are always the cheapest we can find.
