WE parked the car where instructed. It had been raining and was very muddy. The mini bus we were transported to the airport was dirty. When we returned for thd car it was so kiddy that it took two washes, one of which was done by a hand car wash, to get it reasonable clean. The staff we friendly and efficient. We would not use this service again due to the dirty state of the car when we collected it.

I never park anywhere else. Staff are always super helpful regardless of time of day.

Excellent, very smooth service. Only had to wait 5 minutes for the pick up going both to and from Bristol Airport. Good value compared to 'on airport' parking but no less convenient!

Excellent service as normal. Oakwood went beyond the norm this time. Our flight was delayed 24 hours due to a cancellation and they kept the car on site at no extra charge.

It was raining while we were waiting to be taken to the airport and when we came back while waiting for the car keys. There is no cover for people or cases so everything is wet. A simple covered area near to the minibus area would be a great addition.
