Reviewed on 4th October 2022We always use Oakwood as they are efficient and their prices are good. The last time we used them we returned to the car but had a flat tyre. Andy, one the employees pumped the tyre up with his own pump and stayed to see if it stayed up. We got home with no further problems and got the tyre checked the next day. Thank you Andy.x

Reviewed on 4th October 2022I parked the car up took the keys in the office and the bus was they're waiting to take me to the airport and I was late coming to the airport on the return journey. Called and Oakwood were there in 10 minutes, thank you.

Reviewed on 4th October 2022Disorganized chaos, very bad drop off and collection from the Airport was a shambles, not enough mini buses on, no orderly que, waited 45min then still could not get on, then to get to the car to find it blocked in.

Reviewed on 4th October 2022We've always used Oakwood and been very pleased with the service. However in June and October we have returned from Kefalonia at 12.30 am and struggled to get the return minibus from the airport. Confusion relates to the pick up point! In June we were told to go to the far side of the pick up. This week people were waiting there and also by drop off point! My husband is registered disabled and can't keep moving across the park. We had to wait 20 minutes before a very considerate younger driver responded to our plight and told the people by drop off (who were trying to chamber in the bus) that they should join the queue at the far side. A big Thank you to him!

Reviewed on 4th October 2022Highly recommend!! Wouldn’t use any other Bristol Airport parking. Excellent service, less then 5 minutes from the airport, a reliable quick service. Minibus is great, staff help put your suitcases on to the minibus, handing over of your keys is all done efficiently and quickly. Service was picking up is incredible, picked us up within 5 minutes of ringing to say we were ready. Car safe and secure and ready for us to drive straight home. Definitely book with Oakwood again !
