Reviewed on 3rd October 2022On arrival checking in was quick and easy. It's only a short trip to the airport, so all good. Coming back was a bit chaotic. The problem was due to Bristol Airport and delayed baggage. We were 2 hours late as were many other travellers all waiting to be picked up. Nobody answered the emergency number on the card, so when the minibuses turned up nobody knew where they were supposed to wait. It ended in a bit of a free-for-all. The younger lad driving did a decent job of trying to help everyone in fairness to him.

Reviewed on 3rd October 2022Great service, easy drop off and courtesy bus was waiting in the car park. On return we happened to arrive as a bus was waiting which was pure luck, otherwise a max of 10-15 minutes wait. X

Reviewed on 3rd October 2022The transfer to the airport after drop off was perfect however on collection it would be helpful if the driver goes to the pickup where he/she tells you where the meeting point is, they seem to pick up from different places every time. then the people that are waiting in the queue at the pickup point don’t have a mad rush to the bus, where he have stopped to let his passengers off, and then my disabled partner who can’t walk as fast as others wouldn’t keep missing the bus because there was no room left for her.

Reviewed on 3rd October 2022Great car park, everything ran smooth from the time I parked the car, we got straight on a mini bus to take us to Bristol Airport and the mini bus was there when we came out of the Airport on our return. Would definitely recommend and use Oakwood Parking again.

Reviewed on 2nd October 2022Oakwood Parking at Bristol is first class. Took the stress out of our journey. Left the car, got dropped off right outside the airport and collected within 5 minutes when we returned. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend this service.
