Reviewed on 7th June 2025Very quick and efficient service. A minibus to transfer us to the airport was there as soon as we parked up and handed in the keys. Didn’t need to ring for the return pick up as there was already a minibus picking up other clients when we got to the pick up point.

Reviewed on 7th June 2025Was easy and quickly got to the airport. Had to wait 20 minutes for pick up but the building works at the airport is causing a lot of traffic build up so get there early. My car was close to the exit on collection. I’ve been using Oakwood for over 3 years now and always been a reliable service.

Reviewed on 7th June 2025On arrival, there were no indications as to where to park. It was late, dark and busy. Found an available spot and parked the car. Handed in key. Minibus was waiting - all very good. On our return - chaos. Bristol airport was very busy. Telephoned. Again, no indication of where to wait for minibus. Eventually the minibus arrived and we had to join the 'scrum' to get on board. Retrieved key and was told that our car had been moved. Had trouble locating it. Car was dirty - it had been driven for 4 miles.
