Reviewed on 29th July 2025We always park at Oakwood, when flying from Bristol Airport, our last trip we arrived back to find our car in-between two other cars, took us about 5 minutes to get out lucky we had a small car, we didn't complain as it was late and wanted to get home. Our car is usually at the exit or near when we return but not this time

Reviewed on 29th July 2025Came back to pick up where the bus was waiting the lady driver was outside the bus. Went to get on and she said there’s another one soon looked on the bus only 4 people on it then waited another 20 minutes.

Reviewed on 28th July 2025Car park was busy when I arrived but still only had to wait 5 minutes for a bus as one had just left full. On return I called the number given and told the man I was on my way out of passport control and he told me he was about to leave but I ran and just made it. He waited a minute for me. I use Oakwood every time I travel from Bristol and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes for the next bus. Key collection simple. On this occasion, from the plane landing to driving away was 35 minutes (no hold luggage).

Reviewed on 28th July 2025So convenient for Bristol Airport. Always use Oakwood when flying from Bristol. Minibus runs frequently & on return you ring & the pickup is there within minutes. Very efficient & cheap compared to other options. No complaints & will continue to use.
