Reviewed on 4th May 2015Not too pleased after collecting our baggage on return and phoning contact No. to announce we are ready to be picked up, to then get an answer phone telling us to leave a message. This happened on both the mob. & land line Nos. However, when we were picked up the lady driver was most apologetic for the delay.

Reviewed on 14th November 2014The car park was like a muddy field, quite slapdash but the transfer facilities were adequate enough. They took you right away to the airport in a people carrier vehicle and at arrival, they were available in good time for pick up after phoning to arrange. In all, I would recommend them.
When I arrived I got straight into a minibus to the airport. I was not given any paperwork which surprised me. When I returned from holiday the pick-up was prompt but on return to the car park the driver did not know where my car was parked. He took me in to a very dark field and it was lucky that my car was the first in the row. There was no lighting in the field so I could not check for any damage. My wheels were covered in mud but I was just glad that my car was not damaged!

Reviewed on 13th July 2014Overall good service, but was a bit surprised and disappointed to find the car had been driven 4 miles and looked like it was left on a farm as the exterior was dirty and covered in bird poo, seeing as when we left the car had just been cleaned , not impressed.

Reviewed on 26th October 2013I have put down three. However, the car park itself next to the building was too crammed to be able to walk past the cars, especially to get to the toilets. But not to have to wait outside after my flight was exceptional. So thank you for that and I would certainly use you again.
