Very friendly and very quick to take to and pick up from airport. Bit upset when I got back to my car though, as it was filthy muddy, both inside and out. Looked like it had been driving through a very muddy field.

Car smells like it's been parked in a swamp for two weeks.

Although the pick up and drop off service was very efficient I was disappointed to find my car carpets and door lip covered in mud.

Expected to park car in a secure car park then be taken by a shuttle vehicle to airport, instead was met in a tiny, crammed full, pub car park to find that my car would be driven somewhere else and parked up. Not very professional and not very impressed, especially as car was taken back to pub car park and was filthy dirty!! looked like it had been left in a field, will not be using Oakwood ever again.

On arrival for departure it was chaos with tiny holding car park which we could just get into. Mini bus arrived ( only 8 seats ) so we had to wait for it to return after a drop off. People who had been picked up from airport couldn't get their cars out because of the congestion of people arriving. Pick up on arrival was fast and efficient maybe due to it being the early hours of morning the bus was waiting at airport so we didn't have to phone to be picked up. Not sure where the car was parked whilst we were away but I'm guessing it was a very muddy field! On the whole I would use again but only if it was significantly cheaper to others I have used in the past.

Very good location five minutes from airport :-) price reasonable and no problems on picking car up.

Not bad place just when we got back no one there to pick us up, it wasn't explained to us we had to ring, we waited 30 mins.

The car park was kind on off road ground, a bit bumpy but the owners were friendly and helpful, very nice people and service.

Not too pleased after collecting our baggage on return and phoning contact No. to announce we are ready to be picked up, to then get an answer phone telling us to leave a message. This happened on both the mob. & land line Nos. However, when we were picked up the lady driver was most apologetic for the delay.

The car park was like a muddy field, quite slapdash but the transfer facilities were adequate enough. They took you right away to the airport in a people carrier vehicle and at arrival, they were available in good time for pick up after phoning to arrange. In all, I would recommend them.
