Good transaction, easy to change reg no. on arrival. Only downside car was very dusty.

Second time we have used p&g and both times we had a great experience. 5 Star all the way.

Excellent service. Very straightforward arrangement - park the car, drop the keys off and be taken to the airport. Smooth transition to and from the terminal.

We have used Oakwood so many times in the past but on this occasion we were disappointed slightly. When we arrived back in the UK it was the early hours of the morning and to arrive at the collection point to find a massive crowd for Oakwood was disheartening. We waited for a bus which we were unable to fit on and the rest of us formed a queue for the next bus, to be told then that only one guy was doing the shuttle run for about 50 more people. When we eventually got picked up and dropped at the car park we collected our keys, not told where our car would be and then to find that our car was blocked in further cars we then had to subsequently wait for another member of staff to move the cars around in order for us to leave. It’s just a shame that they have clearly got too big and lack attention to detail and the good system they use to have.

Booked online which was really easy to do. Prices very good. Easy to find and really close to airport. Friendly staff at reception to hand in keys and friendly drivers to and from airport. Couldn’t fault the experience at all, will definitely use them again.

Dropped car off and only waited about 10 minutes for bus to arrive to take us to airport and up on return the bus was already at airport waiting. My only thing I would say is that it would have been better if there was a cover to stand under in case of rain. The weather was lovely on drop off of car but would have been soaked if weather was different.

Very close to the airport. Didn't have to wait for the bus too long, they go round fairly quickly. Very nice staff and well organised. The only thing is that the car park is very dusty but that's just a nature of the place.

Well what an absolute disgrace this business is.No drivers to collect from airport running 1 mini bus when you have literally 30+ people waiting & leaving people and young ones to stand in a queue in the early hours and allowing people to barge in front of the queue and to allow this is disgusting .They know the flight arrival times as you have to tell them this when booking so Why only 1 bus ???Then to have to queue AGAIN to collect car keys. After I walked from airport because the wait would have been too long I hasten to add .The staff did not have a clue what they were doing as they had people checking in and collecting cars at the same time Cowboy outfit is doing cowboys a disservice Never ever again stay well clear ….that’s my advice
