Reviewed on 19th September 2022We had to wait almost an hour and half in a very long queue in the cold at 2am in the morning. 1 12 seater mini bus with an old chap who struggled getting cases on & off. People were jumping the queue and a middle aged couple got in the front seat after we had been stood waiting an hour the driver did nothing, no apologise given. Then had to queue again at the office to get the keys and then wait for our car as it was blocked in.

Our flight was delayed by about 3 1/2 hours on our return but they’d checked this and arrived to collect us very promptly on our exit from the airport.Car was as we left it. And clean on the outside. We will use this company again and recommend to others. So much cheaper than any others around. Well done once again to all the team at Oakwood. 👌

Reviewed on 19th September 2022Going to Bristol Airport was fine, friendly driver help with the cases. Return from the airport driver opened the doors for us to get on with it, ( my husband is 84,) and not a word spoken. Collected my key and asked where it was and was told to just click my key fob in the pitch black, the battery in the fortnight it was parked had gone. After 30 mins of looking a young lad helped me, to whom I was very grateful.
