Service was excellent. I feel car park surface could be better, quite muddy with pools of water which made luggage dirty taking to the car.

Very good service provided - All went efficiently outwards and inwards, only pitfall is due to poor weather on arrival. Pick up area gravel based so odd puddle to avoid with luggage. but overall good value and service.

I have no complaint whatsoever. I was apprehensive choosing this company over official Bristol Airport parking as some of the reviews weren't so great but I have to say my experience was great. Drop off and pick up was seemless for me. Less than 5 minutes drive away from the airport. Staffs were polite and helpful. The man who picked me up from the airport was brilliant. Yes, parking area is not as organised, however they charge half the price in comparison to the official Bristol Airport parking.

Read some negative reviews on this place so was a tad nervous to use them. The area could have been better sign-posted (eg to parking areas for customers) or have better 'welcome' facilities (eg a toilet) ... BUT the service was quick and straightforward. We parked up, went to reception area and dropped keys and confirmed details, then we were onto the transfer bus. We had no trouble or issues with the company. The drop off bus was swift and drivers friendly - even pointing out our parked vehicle location when we returned after our break (instead of leaving us to find it ourselves). For the price, I would definitely use Oakwood Parking again.

Quick transfer to that airport. On return, there was a delay in pick up and only 1 mini bus available to pick up what looked like 3 flights coming in at the same time.

From initial booking, dropping the car off and airport transport to making contact on our return, picking up our keys and finding the car it was a very good experience. I'd have no problem in using Oakwood Parking again. A couple of things which could be improved on is the lighting in the car park where the cars are collected. We collected our car at approx 1am, it was difficult to check the car over for any potential damage (there wasn't any) and although the cars where parked on gravel it was muddy with puddles, again with some additional lighting this wouldn't have been a problem. Overall, a very good experience.
