Convenient site and good service to Bristol Airport.

Excellent and easy to use service going out, just a bit of a wait on return pick up due to very busy airport. Overall very good, will use again.

Easy to find, quick transfer to Bristol Airport and speedy pick up! Will use Oakwood Parking again in the future.

Short notice change of booking completed quickly. Car drop off and pick up good. Getting on a bus to return to the car park was a bit shambolic as people with no luggage were just getting on the bus and by the time people with luggage had put it in the back of the bus all seats were full. Driver sorted it though although he had to be very persuasive. Use the service several times now and will continue.

Great service, convenient and a good price. Buses go every 15 minutes to the airport so we had to wait a little while to depart - give yourself a little extra time. Pickup was very smooth and they dropped us to the car with our cases. No hidden costs.

Can't fault the reception or collection service and price seemed competitive compared to other sites. However, when I collected the car it was incredibly dirty. I don't know where it had been stored but it looked like it was a ploughed field under trees! I had to wash the windows and mirror before it was safe to drive!

No complaints about the service but the car was absolutely filthy when we returned.

Sunday and 1 driver on duty to take passengers to the airport. Regardless of any of your hidden disabilities ie back problems drivers do not load / unload the mini bus,you do. My dad would need help. The directions followed from the North took us via the Low Emission Zone, so I ended up with a 9.00 bill on the way there. Check your route. Ww will re route next time. Everyone was polite and courteous. Car was safe

We used Oakwood Parking for 12 days, early starting at 4.30 am. & return at 2am. We parked the car in the top car park and went to drop the keys off at reception. On return just as we returned the minibus turned up, we installed our cases at the rear and were driven back to the car park. After picking up our car keys, our car was on the right hand side of car park, simple & no problems. Would use again, fair price & easy to use, thanks.

Very efficient, car was very dirty when I retrieved it though.
