Reviewed on 2nd July 2023Great service, convenient and a good price. Buses go every 15 minutes to the airport so we had to wait a little while to depart - give yourself a little extra time. Pickup was very smooth and they dropped us to the car with our cases. No hidden costs.

Reviewed on 1st July 2023Can't fault the reception or collection service and price seemed competitive compared to other sites. However, when I collected the car it was incredibly dirty. I don't know where it had been stored but it looked like it was a ploughed field under trees! I had to wash the windows and mirror before it was safe to drive!

Reviewed on 30th June 2023Sunday and 1 driver on duty to take passengers to the airport. Regardless of any of your hidden disabilities ie back problems drivers do not load / unload the mini bus,you do. My dad would need help. The directions followed from the North took us via the Low Emission Zone, so I ended up with a 9.00 bill on the way there. Check your route. Ww will re route next time. Everyone was polite and courteous. Car was safe

Reviewed on 30th June 2023We used Oakwood Parking for 12 days, early starting at 4.30 am. & return at 2am. We parked the car in the top car park and went to drop the keys off at reception. On return just as we returned the minibus turned up, we installed our cases at the rear and were driven back to the car park. After picking up our car keys, our car was on the right hand side of car park, simple & no problems. Would use again, fair price & easy to use, thanks.

Reviewed on 29th June 2023Drop off and pick up fine but because we returned at midnight we couldn’t tell them there was quite a lot of mud caked on the the car mat in the rear back seat . Why would anyone on their staff have to sit in the back for any reason?????
