Oakwood Parking Reviews

Scared of the reviews but apart from the mud on bags and car cannot fault it.

All good although as we are both in our 80s help from the driver with loading the suitcases would have been appreciated. Fortunately, other customers assisted.

Location is very close to the airport, reception is quick and efficient, and pick up and drop off is very speedy. My only criticism is that the arrival area and shuttle pickup is quite uneven and messy, and it isn't clear particularly in the dark where to deposit your car on arrival. However, there are plenty of staff, so no delays, and it all seems to work well. So I would definitely recommend Oakwood, and will gladly use it again.

Easily found, very close to Bristol Airport and regular shuttle runs. I would have given 5 stars but on the return journey, the driver did not assist anyone with the loading or unloading of bags and suitcases and although I didn't need it personally, there were women passengers too.

Was very good but car was blocked in on our return. Was soon resolved but not ideal when landing close to midnight.

Only bad situation was that we had to park up then walk back down to hand keys over, car park was very muddy and then had to go back to where car was parked to be picked up by the minivan to take us to airport. Could have been an easier process. However van was on time and collected us promptly and was in our way almost immediately when we got back.

10 out 10 for service and customer relations but the very muddy condition on the one side of the car was very disappointing Needed a steam clean, costly!!

All easy and quick. Car on time to collect, pick up airport time is up to 10 minutes. The car is always dusty after and can be tricky while raining with mud, and potholes. I will come back there anyway. Thanks.

Good parking but signage at entrance could be better.

A great price. A very funny driver, she was fab! Just wish there was some tarmac to put luggage on whilst waiting. The car was very muddy afterwards. Inside & out.
