Reviewed on 18th June 2022Always use Oakwood, wouldn’t go anywhere else…..always friendly no matter what time of the day or night. Maybe some sort of loyalty scheme would be nice? Definitely the most reliable parking/transfers around.

Reviewed on 18th June 2022Was so easy just drop the car off then straight on a mini bus to airport few minutes away . We arrived back late and our car wouldn't start, the boys there where fantastic and did everything they could to help . Gave us jump leads, pushed the car everything . Gave us free drinks as we had to wait for 4 hours for the RAC . Thank you Oakwood Parking team .

Reviewed on 18th June 2022Overall a good experience but with a few concerns, I want this to be viewed as feedback rather than a complaint. Good Quick, efficient check in Staff were friendly Very close to the airport Car was waiting for us on return drove out within five minutes on return Not so good Very tight entrance/exit to the site, seen lots of cars reversing back, sometimes on to the very busy main road Phoned when on our return to Bristol carpark as instructed, no one answered the phone, although the van did turn up within ten minutes Driver would NOT help with suitcases on departure or return, witnessed elderly, frail people struggling with cases, other passengers, including myself had to load and off load cases. Please, please don't say this is due to covid restrictions, neither driver was wearing a mask! I've copied and pasted this review onto the contact form and awaiting a reply.
