Reviewed on 6th July 2022Poor Service provided. Queued for drop off, and it took 1 hour between calling the company from the airport to actually picking my car up! I don't know where cars are parked up but my car was absolutely covered in dust on collection.

Reviewed on 6th July 2022I rang on Saturday morning to arrange for my boyfriend to pick my car up at 00:30 Sunday morning (a day earlier that expected). When he arrive my car key has been misplaced it took an hour to find. The staff were really unhelpful regarding this matter & made a big problem out of the fact he came to pick the car up early. If I hadn’t rang I would of understood the problem.

Reviewed on 6th July 2022Excellent on way out, bit hectic on pick up due to volume of people needing collection. Could do with lighting in main car park as very dark and the surface is uneven.

Reviewed on 6th July 2022Overall the experience was excellent, easy to locate and park. Very friendly, helpful staff. However my car was moved whilst I was away, fair enough, but no one seemed aware of where it was. Took a while to locate it. Perhaps you could number the car spaces so if a car is moved the owner can go straight to it? I'd definitely use you again though.

Reviewed on 5th July 2022Service is great and pick up and drop off is punctual.....if you are elderly be aware you will have to load your own case onto the back of the mini bus or ask someone to help you....the drivers do not even look at who has walking sticks etc...it’s at your own risk........the drop off and collection area is still after all these years a wet muddy mess when it rains......it could do with a resurface after all these years......take a rag to wipe your suitcase wheels as it’s very muddy and dirty.

Reviewed on 5th July 2022Won't use again. Big queues for bus in pouring rain no shelters at site. On return again pouring down no shelter for queue for keys. Then they don't tell you where your car is (over there somewhere was the response I got) you have to play hunt the car in the dark. Not fun after a long day.
