I am a regular customer of yours having stayed there several times. We arrived home at 0300 hrs on the 1st of July and I was horrified to find my vehicle completely covered in bird droppings and I mean completely covered, the next day I spent £10 on a car was and the car was still covered it had hardened on the paint work so I have just spent over 3and a half hours this morning cleaning the car. Very disappointed to say the least.

Airport transfers always on time drivers very good however the old man behind the desk is very unhelpful and on arrival car was blocked in and was told was “in field somewhere” .

Always a pleasure parking here , very friendly people and extremely organised , even when flights are delayed it is all kept to a minimum fuss . Used the parking facilities for years and explain to others how easy it is and they are using the company all the time . Keep up the good work . Rob Barber.

Always use Oakwood for Bristol Airport flights. Good service.

Absolutely fine experience parking at Oakwood. Drop off & pickup were speedy & my car was ready for collection at the reception on return. Would use Oakwood again for sure.

Everything about the booking was easy from actually booking the space to leaving and picking up my vehicle. The pick up van was already there when I arrived but would not have been long if I had to call. My only criticism is the actual parking ground itself. It is extremely gravelly which makes it difficult to pull your case along and I have concerns about maybe getting a puncture. They should consider resurfacing the site.

Right next to the Airport, 3 minutes transfer brilliant!!

Use this location at least once a month and have for years due to excellent service and competitive prices.

Very efficient, except for having to hunt for car on return.

Always use Oakwood. Never had a problem. Brilliant service again, can't fault it. Highly recommended.
