Really easy process. Struggled a bit loading our suitcases into the back of the minibus, driver walked away. The driver on our return did help us lift them in, which was great as we are both short ladies and it was difficult, his help was much appreciated. Straightforward transfer and pick up. Thank you.

Very good price and service. Don't expect luxury, but friendly, prompt service. Transfer to the airport was quicker than the airport Silver Zone service and collection from the airport and picking up car likewise. Great value.

Overall a very good service but a few things could be worked on. First there should be a covered waiting area for customers as if it rained they would get wet as there currently is no shelter.Also the car park surface needs to be improved as it is very dusty when dry & would get muddy when wet.

Close parking to the Bristol Airport. Booking in and transfers went smoothly. Would use Oakwood again.

Great service, dropped car, handed over key to the office, straight in the minibus and a 5 minutes drive to the airport. On the return home, they were there in 30 seconds of calling. Our driver was a happy chap too!

Have used before. Each time easy transfer and pick up. Only gripe would be not knowing where car is on return - just told to go and look "on the left or the right" in the big car park. Thankfully the rain had stopped.
