We arrived in Bristol at 1130pm on Friday night, as we told you we would. We made our way to the pick-up point, only to find 20 people in front of us. We watched the van leave, full, the driver saying "there's only one driver." So we waited and waited, in the cold wind and rain, our group of 6 which included 3, 5 and 7 year olds. We stood from 1145 until 1220, waiting for its return. To his credit, he squeezed us in, but we were happy to get to our cars any way possible. If you know a lot of passengers are arriving, GET MORE DRIVERS IN!

Oakwood Parking, Bristol provide a very good service. Very organised, prompt and polite. Would recommend them every time and not too expensive.

I have used your company quite a few times and was very happy. On this occasion all was good except when I came to get in the car it was parked in thick mud which was all over the wheels and on the inside drivers mat. Would have complained at the time but it was late. Not very happy!
