Reviewed on 7th December 2021It’s “off airport” and so you have to park and wait for the bus to drop you at the terminal … on the way in this meant about a 10 minute wait … on the return we had to wait over 30 minutes to get a ride back to our car …. Net net took about 40 minutes … this was because there was only one minibus and one driver who was also checking in and checking out folks ie MASSIVELY understaffed … he said “it doesn’t help when so many flights land at once” ie they already knew but decided not to put on extra staff.

Reviewed on 7th December 2021The car park was very near to the airport so the transfer was short. The minibus came very quickly to collect me on my return and both drop off and collection were handled very well … the only issue was that the car park was a bit muddy … otherwise I would have given a score of 10

Reviewed on 6th December 2021All good thank you, the only think I would like to mention is when you are getting your car the ground is quite muddy and the cases wheels and your shoes are muddy as well. But I will use you again. Thank you for a good service.

Reviewed on 5th December 2021Quick drop of and collection, for the price you pay you can't really grumble. Pitty the area wasn't tarmac or chippings to save walking in lots of mud. Minibuses could be better.

Reviewed on 5th December 2021The way to judge off site parking is how long you have to wait for the transfer. Terribly slow on the way over (waiting outside in cold at 4.30am) and really quick on way back. Unfortunately, the driver didn’t tell me or another passenger that our cars had been moved to the front so we walked around in the pitch black getting muddy shoes looking for our cars for five minutes. Not ideal, but could be a lot worse.

Reviewed on 5th December 2021Car Park Facilities good. Car well looked after. Office staff very helpful. Found that the drivers were not as pleasant as they could have been. It seemed it was too much trouble even to say hello. Need some training in communication maybe?
