Extremely helpful when a change of circumstances meant I had to book on the day. Quick & easy transportation to & from Bristol Airport. Was there within 10 minutes for collection from airport. Only negative was its quite muddy when it rains. Will definitely use again.

A great service, very well priced, no need to find a parking place as your car is moved after you leave it. The car park can be a little muddy if it’s raining as the surface is gravel but no complaints. Minibus collection is prompt and drivers are friendly. This is our car park of choice when flying from Bristol Airport.

Good all round service but I will say pick up times from the airport on both occasions has been not the best with a twenty minute wait when you wont to get home.

Good value but there were so many people waiting for the bus when we arrived that it took ages to get back to the car, no clear queue either or organisation so lots of people pushing into the queue in front of people.

Always a great service here and very polite, can’t fault them.

Always the cheapest , been using Oakwood Parking for years now , would be nice to have some shelter when waiting in the rain for bus to return , and maybe tarmac bottom of car park because it can get very muddy. Overall a great service.

The service was excellent. Only negative is the car parking is a bit muddy and this transferred from shoes and suitcase wheels into the car. Somehow there are muddy boot prints on the back floor mats. 🤷‍♀️ I will definitely use Oakwood Parking again.

Pick up from airport was great. Only problem was when I went to collect the car it was tucked behind another vehicle and difficult to spot so I had to go back and forth to office 3 times - once to get keys, another to say I couldn’t find my car (they told me which area it should be in) - still couldn’t find it - then finally on third visit someone came to find it with me then he had to go back to the office to get the keys to remove the car that was blocking mine. This all took a bit of time and I was on a tight schedule and heaving about a heavy suitcase. This is the first time this has happened though (I’ve used them several times) and I would still recommend them.
