Please can you get some sort of organisation at the collection point on arrival at airport. My experience is that one bus arrives and not always enough room for everyone, so a queuing system needs to be organised otherwise it’s a mad scramble.

Everything was great except whilst waiting for the shuttle i got soaked as no shelter from the rain....maybe put up a bus shelter to protect from the elements. Really close to the airport which was good.

Generally fine. A little difficult to find the car in the dark.

Smooth check-in and check-out. Dropped off and picked up efficiently and without much waiting. My car had to be moved while it was on site and there had been lots of rain so the carpet was a bit muddy from the driver's feet. It was not a big deal for me, but some might feel otherwise.

Affordable and efficient.

Very efficient service. Arrived at 3.30 am and in airport by 3.45. Only had to wait 10 minutes for bus after our holiday. Staff were all friendly. Would have been a 5 if the driver on arrival had helped putting suitcases onto bus as we are both elderly.
