Oakwood Parking Reviews

This is the first time I have used Oakwood parking, will definitely use again.

A good service all in all. Not many buses picking up on the return journey though and we had to wait a long time in the rain at the airport but probably due to staff shortages. Very friendly driver when we were on the bus. My only real negative was the THICK mud on my (recently valeted) carpet, door sill and door. I would’ve expected some sort of protection on the carpet in view of the weather. Very disappointed no apology was given even though I reported it straight away.

Excellent service provided going out and coming back.

Very easy to book and find, car was a little dusty after two weeks but that to be expected. I would recommend and will use Oakwood Parking again. Thanks Oakwood.

Good organisation at car park. Shuttle buses very regular to and from airport. Happy staff.

Everything went according to plan. Timings good.. staff friendly. Only improvement would be if they had a toilet for customer use …
