Really good service and value. Not quite a 5 as we did wait quite a while to be collected from the airport upon our return and I had to go and hunt for my car, it hadn’t been brought to the front/reception area like others had but still a good price, location and service, staff are friendly.

Very convenient car park for Bristol Airport so we had a relatively smooth journey both ways. Only downside is the car park and mini buses are a bit tatty. Also they can't take many people and luggage at a time so sometimes a bit of a wait. Overall though we had a pretty good experience and would probably use again.

It was very good, the only reason I only gave you a 4 not a 5 is the gravel in the car park as you cannot wheel your case on it you had to carry it and it was heavy if the car was left where you keep your keys it would be better, but other than that it was good. Would definitely book with Oakwood again.

Great location easy to book and quick drop off and pick up. Only minor thing is parking on dirt and when it rains case wheels get really muddy when wheeling from car to minibus, but minor inconvenience.

Great location quick & easy the only thing at night you can miss the turning sign not big enough to see in car head light.

Drop off and collection went very smoothly. Staff friendly and lower prices than Bristol Airport. Only issue was that car front mats were covered in mud, both driver and passenger sides - would prefer not to have to spend time cleaning carpet after visit !

Great quick drop off service. Had to wait 20 minutes when I arrived back but would definitely use again.

It was a straightforward booking. The car park was adequate but on a positive, was a short distance from the airport. The transfer bus needed upgrading as it was very tatty and dirty. It was very busy so could have done with more than one transfer bus as some people had to walk from the airport back to the car park as the queue was so big. The driver was pleasant but to look more professional could have done with a nicer uniform. It did the job. I would use it again.

Very efficient system, no problems but could do with better lighting in the car park at night. I had to roll cases through mud and search for car with my phone torch at 3am! other than that all fine.
