Reviewed on 9th September 2019Absolutely rudest staff member I have ever encountered, when phoning from Bristol Airport to arrange pickup my wife stated she was disabled only to be told “ oh really when did you decide this - today was it “ then went on a rant about lying to gain pity and put the phone down. Shocking treatment, I advise everyone thinking about using Oakwood parking to go elsewhere 😡😡😡

Reviewed on 8th September 2019Everything worked very well, from the initial arrival and drop off to the prompt pick up. The car was right outside the office, no walking off to find it. The only reason I have knocked a star off is that the dash cam was disconnected, which is what other reviewers have found, and I wonder what they don't want you to see. I wish I'd taken the mileage reading when I left the car. But it was undamaged and I would use this company again.
