The driver who took us to the airport was great. However everything else was rubbish ..we had to wait 25 minutes to be picked up, the driver who picked us up was miserable and didn't say hello, goodbye or offer to put our suitcases in the minibus. When we got back to the car we were blocked in and had to wait for a driver to come back to move the car so we could get out. We were very disappointed as had used Oakwood before and never had any problems.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided. So quick and easy with barely any wait for the mini bus transfer, located such a very short distance from the airport. The car was parked near the front ready for our return. All at a very reasonable price. Would definitely use again!. Thank you very much.

Excellent service! It is only rated 4 because the toilet was somewhat unlovely and I had to wait 10 or 15 minutes at the airport to be collected. Everything else was good and it was easy to find with the sat nav.
