Reviewed on 15th June 2019Going out was faultless , coming back was a disaster . An hour and a quarter from phoning to collecting the car. Only one minibus for dozens of passengers. Unsure whether I would use them again, in the past everything has been fine.

Reviewed on 15th June 2019Everything was fine until I got back to my car (Taxi) and found the meter on and had been on for most of the time I was away. Okay no big deal but the fact someone had been messing around with it is not very professional.

Reviewed on 15th June 2019The service was very good as usual. No waiting at drop off or pick up. My only negative point is the mud in the drop off/pick up area. Given the weather in the UK it would be great if it could have some sort of all weather surface even it’s only gravel.

Reviewed on 15th June 2019Easy to find, very close to the airport. Good value. Only down side was upon collection we were told they would be 7 minutes but there wasn't enough space in the minibus and ended up waiting 20 minutes in the cold for another mini bus.

Reviewed on 15th June 2019I have always found Oakwood very good and been using them for a few years now and recommended them to others, but unfortunately on this occasion they have damaged my car and my electric wing mirrors no longer work, I am very disappointed.

Reviewed on 15th June 2019It's my second time using Oakwood Parking and on both occasions its been fantastic. I cannot recommend enough, the first time was an excellent, hassle free service. This time we didn't get back to collect the car on the date given in the booking as my mum broke her back in Greece. After a quick phone call and email, someone from Oakwood phoned me to reassure me not to worry about the car, it would be moved and returned when needed and not to worry. With the worry of trying to get my insurance to get my mum airlifted back to the UK, the lady at Oakwood was so reassuring and it is a relief to know the car is one less thing to worry about. Thank you so much for your kindness and support at Oakwood Parking, would never use anyone else when flying from Bristol. Fantastic, hassle free service.
