Excellent.

I have used this car park for years and it is usually excellent but on this occasion I was disappointed because the mat and carpet on drivers side was caked in mud. It was late when I collected car and raining heavily so didn't notice it till next day. Very disappointing.

Never had any problems with them. Always nice and never had any problems when picking up my car. Nice and tidy company to go with.

Flying out was fine with an early flight. Straight on the bus and away to go. Return pick up an absolute nightmare!!!! A few planes arrived within the hour and when waiting to be picked up it was a free for all. There was not enough mini buses ( only 2) to cope with all people/ cases. We waited for over 1 hour. As you waited for the next bus, another plane would arrive, bus parked at another location and picked up the first people who ran to the bus off the plane that just arrived. All the Oakwood staff were very stressed as were all the people waiting. The poor older people did not stand a chance in the free for all.

The minibus was full of mud. The car park was muddy, full of pot holes. My cases and my car were covered.

We experienced excellent drop off and collection service. Both office and driver staff very pleasant and courteous on both services.

Second time we have used them and could not be easier. Online booking simple. Friendly staff. Timely transfers to and from the airport. Good value for money. No hesitation in recommending to others.

Luckily we had a daytime flight so there was plenty of activity. Friendly helpful staff. Prompt transfer in good condition minibus. Very close to airport On return, clearly marked bus arrived in pickup point same time as us so excellent. Car had been moved and no damage incurred.

Speedy and very efficient, will definitely using them in the future.
