Reviewed on 2nd July 2018Good on the trip to Bristol although no one was present when we arrived. Long wait on the way back, had to wait for the bus to return twice given the number of people waiting. Took ages and the driver's communication skills in telling people what was happening was dreadful. Disappointing way to arrive back from holiday.

Reviewed on 21st June 2018Having to wait over an hour to be collected from the airport is unacceptable. This Company needs to operate more than one bus during peak times. It's not fair either on passengers who want to get home or to the driver who had to deal with the complaints that followed.

Reviewed on 9th June 2018Parking itself is fine, car was returned with baby slugs crawling all over the body of my car .Who ever moved it must have been wearing wellies the drivers floor carpet was covered in mud ! So yes, good parking but poor in care and you will be cleaning up after them.

Reviewed on 21st April 2018Rude driver on return and seriously overbooked. Driver shouting at clients and I had to leave my 2 young daughter's at the airport alone to get the car and drive back for them. Wouldn't have minded that if the driver wasn't borderline aggressive.

Reviewed on 21st March 2018Okay car park, wasn’t a bad price, our flight home was cancelled meaning we had to leave car for extra day, didn’t know if there was an extra charge, as we had a really late flight home the next day I rang the driver to pick us up from the airport but wasn’t told about paying only for him to ask for money I didn’t have, came home yesterday and had a look at the car to see a scratch down the side.

Reviewed on 19th January 2018I wasn't happy at all to come back off holiday to find my dash camera in front and my camera in the rear of the car unplugged and my car had been driven 5 miles. I phoned them to ask why was this the case and the response I got back was rude. I don't recommend oakwood parking at all.

Reviewed on 11th December 2017The staff were polite and efficient when getting us moving. However, our car had been moved for what we could see for no reason at all and a number of settings within our car had been changed including lights and heating so not sure if the car had been used for other reasons. For that reason we won’t be using again.
