Used many times ALLWAYS excellent This time collection from airport by a young foreign lady very loud disco music playing in bus Poring with rain had to search car park for my vehicle And it was blocked in had to walk back in mud to tell them then back through mud to my vehicle

No problems parking , but on return where the car was parked very muddy. Had to spend sometime the following day cleaning the mud from the inside of the car and on the outside around the wheels and arches. For the price you would expect to find the car parked in a dry area .

Car park is very muddy in rainy conditions.

The service was excellent, only one problem and that is the drop off and pick up area at the Oakwood site was very muddy, My shoes were covered in mud, and so was the foot well of my car. A better mud free surface is required.

I use this parking when flying from Bristol and have no complaints except it needs to put down a road surface area for the customers change over, either arriving or leaving. I know the recent weather has been very wet but over the new year period the whole are was a "mud bath".

Car park is gravel and due to lot of rain became very muddy , this made pulling case rather difficult and making case rather dirty.

Very efficient service but had to walk through mud to get back to the car.

I've used Oakwood loads of times because they are reliable and cheap. That said nothing has changed, and by now they could have improved the facilities. The car park needs surfacing and drainage plus much better lighting, and the way the cars are stacked in means you have to wait for others on your flight so you can get your car out, and that's after you have found it, as because they don't have numbered bays they cant direct you to your vehicle on return.

Location and airport service excellent, but my clean car was absolutely dirty yet again upon arrival. It looked as if it had driven through muddy areas. This parking area is so ideal location wise, but it really could to with a hard surface.
