On return flight long wait at airport, plus car was not available to access on arrival as car in front blocked us in , however this was resolved quickly. After an early start and two hour flight this is the last thing you need.

Car drop off and collection experience ok. No too long to wait for minibus to and from terminal.Only negative is car is parked on a muddy dirty area, and not great to get to if raining. Ended up with muddy car mats and boot.

My car had done an additional 2 miles when I collected it and I also had to go looking for it at 2am. My family members car was next to the drop off point however mine was in another field/car park area.

Good prices compared to other sites. I've used this services for years now. However given the money they must ve making its a shame they don't invest in a. Tarmacing the drop off car park. Our cases were stinking after pulling them along the wet gravel b. A shelter while waiting for the buses c. A trailer for the cases and up to date buses d. Numbering the spaces so its easier to locate your car. It would be far more professional. We got dropped off in pouring rain and winds. The lady said, your car is up there somewhere.

I use Oakwood parking at least once a month but on this occasion it must have been the worst experience I’ve ever had, the service on my return was very poor slow and not the slightest interest in moving a car that was blocking mine in, I’m booked in September so fingers crossed 🤞 the service will be back to its normal self.

On our way back to car park , we were waiting over 40 minutes for van...

Great location and easy service dropping off and getting into the airport. The reason for the 3* is purely getting back out. We were part of a larger group (8 people) and in getting to the pick up point there was no organisation or area to wait so it ended up being a scurry for each bus, we waited for 2 buses before we got on and it was genuinely purely because one of our party was right next to the van as it arrived, had we been a few feet away we wouldn’t have got the bus we did. Please organise an area where people can queue and get the next bus etc especially at busy times and if this was the case I would happily book again, as it is I will probably opt for the more expensive airport parking next time.

Checking in and transfers akways excellent but when its raining as it was on thursday , we were covered in mud, case wheels were caked in mud so transferred to car. My only complaint please tarmac the drop off and pick up area.

You get what you pay for I suppose. Next time I'll try another car park. Good thing is the bus service is very efficient. This is also very good value but the car park near reception was muddy and potholed (in July). Most disappointed to see on my car telemetry that it was driven very hard between locations. That's the thing that will stop me coming back. Bus could do with having a bit more space for luggage as the suitcases are piled high in the back. Whoever puts their suitcase on first gets it squashed by 4 or 5 on top of it.

Service was okay. Mini bus journey to the airport was short but the mini bus was dirty inside and out.
