Drop off originally was handled brilliantly though the mini bus wasn’t loaded in a sensible way to allow usage of all seats (2 bike cases took aisle space). The pick up on return was disappointing as the collection from airport was not timely and the phone number was only providing an answer phone message which said someone would be there in a max of 15 minutes, sadly not the case. Once one of the group waiting for collection found a landline and managed to get through, we were picked up. Would still recommend as we’ve never had this experience previously.

I understand how busy it can be at certain times but the wait at the airport was over half an hour after I rang. I was told when I rang that they were on their way so to wait so long was not really acceptable.

On arriving at the car park, was instructed to go to reception where the guy there was friendly and helpful. Myself and my husband made our way over to the bus where there was a guy standing outside the bus. Didn't offer to help with putting our cases on the bus, and we were the only two on there so it's not as if it was busy. On coming back, rang to say we had arrived and when the bus did arrive, there was no room on the bus as people were coming from all directions, rather than having a designated stop, so was then told bus is full and we had to wait another 25 minutes for another bus. Wouldn't book again.

Not enough drivers for the transfer back from the airport. Had to wait for the minibus to return and then nearly didn't get on that one either.

The journey from dropping our car off at Oatwood and transfer to the airport was very good. When we returned from our holiday their service was awful. Called a number of times and eventually spoke to the driver who said he would be with us in 10 minutes, 30 minutes later he arrived. We thought perhaps he may have been delayed due to bring people to the airport, when he arrived there were only 2 people on board.

Excellent service but when I collected the car it has a puncture which was hit there when I dropped it off and had to drive all the way back to Plymouth very slowly on a run flat tyre

Easy to find as near Bristol Airport. Drove car into reception parking area. Registered arrival and put car key with reception on arrival. Pick up to airport was quick and efficient. On return, phoned oakwood for shuttle. Then pick up was quick and efficient. Return of my car key was quick. Found car parked backing onto a hedge and a red car parked right up to my front bumper. Because of where my car was hemmed in with another vehicle and a hedge, I struggled to get out So given it was nearly 1130 pm and dark in the parking pick up area, I was disappointed that the car was left in this place on my return after a full day away.

The service on our outbound flight was very good; this was early in the morning. On return, however, the bus was full and the driver told me that the company didn't carry bike boxes. There is a small notice on the office wall that says that they may not be taken at busy times, which I understand, but this isn't very noticeable when dropping off. Consequently, I had to walk with my bike box to pick up my car. It's unlikely that I shall use Oakwood again.

Not quite the usual 5 as the young driver could not be bothered to get out of the seat and open the doors. Too busy on his mobile. An elderly lady asked for help with her case and he point blank refused.

Reasonable price. Drivers were very couretous and picked us up in a timely manner. However upon being picked up at the airport and getting dropped off I went in to get the car keys asked the lady where our car was too which she replied 'either to the left or right where you were dropped off'. It took ten minutes to find it! It wasn't too the left or right of drop off but right at the far end...
