I've used this service a few times. Friendly, helpful, reliable but, in honesty, the transport itself is basic and would benefit from a drop of disinfectant and a good valet. I'm sure the company are on it. 👍😉🙂

All okay on the outward leg, but the wheels came off on the return leg. Very busy at BRS, due apparently to a number of delayed flights coming in together. Result was a bit of a scramble to get on the bus after a longer wait than usual. Bus was clearly overloaded as plenty of people were standing. At the depot, there were two minibuses not in use, so it seemed that our driver was solo. He did his best, but was obviously short-handed. The phone rang continuously on the bus and some people were less than polite. Amazing he keep his temper. So well done the driver, but not Oakwood.

Loved the ease and price and some of the employees there. Didn’t like the mud all over my luggage - that’s a first - muddy car park - and lack of help with loading my bags onto van ;)

Good, simple, safe. The only downside is that during busy times (which is most of the time) they won't take skis/surf boards/large baggage items in their transit minibuses. If you are travelling with skis, maybe look elsewhere.

Good experience overall but the parking area and the entrance to it could be in better condition, lots of holes and could do with tarmacing properly, but a good service from the staff and I would use them again.

Airport transfer bus is pretty quick but the problem is where the cars are parked. I’ve brought mud into my house because I’ve had to drag my suitcase over the mud in the dark. They need to park all cars at the front and then move them for you on arrival and departure. No clear signage on arrival either. Could be better organised.

The way to judge off site parking is how long you have to wait for the transfer. Terribly slow on the way over (waiting outside in cold at 4.30am) and really quick on way back. Unfortunately, the driver didn’t tell me or another passenger that our cars had been moved to the front so we walked around in the pitch black getting muddy shoes looking for our cars for five minutes. Not ideal, but could be a lot worse.

Good value for money, much cheaper than on site airport parking. However some improvements could be made 1. warm heated shelter whilst waiting for a minibus 2.Clean hard surface car park 3. customer toilet

Unfortunately, the process of being transferred and picked up was not as smooth as expected. When arriving to drop our car off, we were asked to wait outside for the next transfer which should be a couple of minutes. We waiting for 15 minutes in the cold (luckily not raining as there is no shelter at all), then when the transfer bus arrived we sat on the bus for 35 mins whilst the driver ensured that the bus was full. Whilst we appreciate the benefit of filling the bus, this results in some customers waiting for extensive periods. We could have walked to the airport quicker!

I’m a regular user of this car park for my annual family holidays. (It’s the cheapest around) This time around I was a bit disappointed. The staff didn’t say hello to the customers. I went with my daughter and I wasn't helped to lift two luggage cases onto the bus~ we were the last on as well, so lifting the cases about 5ft up with heavy cases was very hard…… It has actually put me off using the car park! Also…..the car park when it is wet is extremely muddy, so cases and shoes get filthy
