Reviewed on 21st January 2020Every time I fly from Bristol I use Oakwood Parking. In the beginning it was the price and i wasn't bother by the tarmac parking. This time I only paid £3 less compared to the Silver Car Park and I expected an improvement, on the contrary; on my return my car was dirtier and muddier. The heating system turned on to max. (the car has climate control - you don't need to do that). I'm afraid this was the last time I will use Oakwood. I hope, though, they will look into improving the quality of their service to reflect the price increase.

Reviewed on 8th December 2019We have used Oakwood many times and it is very good service. I have only scored it a 3 on this review as the last time we used it, the rear windscreen wiper was broken off our car. As it was dark when we returned and didn't spot it was broken until we got home, we were not offered any compensation.

Reviewed on 24th November 2019Going was fine but coming back mini bus overloaded 2 people standing luggage dumped in isle basically stopping any exit out of bus in emergency should have done 2 trips

Reviewed on 24th November 2019Not very well signposted, on pulling up to entrance. Very muddy in wet conditions. Transfer via mini bus not particularly clean nor quick turnaround times as in collection and drop offs. Other than that staff friendly on arrival and return. Very much a No Frills car park and good value for money.

Reviewed on 9th November 2019Booking in and out plus travel to and from airport was good. Very disappointed with the muddy state of the area where I left my car. On my return I found that my car was very dirty around the tyres and wheel arches plus the drivers footwell mat was covered in bits.

Reviewed on 2nd November 2019Friendly driver and not too long to wait after arriving back. Car Park really muddy, appreciate tricky in field when it has rained! Car bit muddy inside and muddy minibus definitely seen better days. Saying that on a summers day and a dry field it would have been better! Would probably use again, good location for Bristol Airport.

Reviewed on 1st November 2019Have used Oakwood on a number of occasions and generally been satisfied with the service. On Wednesday 30 October at 3.30 pm we waited at the airport for a pick up for over 20 mins. Despite numerous phone calls we could not contact the office or driver. When he arrived he inferred his mobile was on but obviously did not want to be disturbed. When we arrived at the depot he quickly disappeared and left passengers to remove cases from the rear of minibus including elderly ladies. A further small point was that the drivers mat was caked in mud together with the door cills .A quick wipe with a sponge would have left the car in the condition it was left. My previous experience with drivers has been good and I'm sure a short word in the ear of this driver would ensure normal service resuming.

Reviewed on 29th October 2019the wait at the airport on our return was too long, because not enough drivers were available! and the car tyres were really muddy! I hadn't realised our vehicle was going to be kept in a field! However for the price guess we cannot complain.

Reviewed on 29th October 2019Hi price was good, pick up good, sadly someone in the office changed our return time which ment our car wasn’t ready for us at 0100 as I’d had originally booked, they changed it to 1345?! So we had a delay getting on the road for our 3 hour drive home :-(
