Drivers and office people very friendly and helpful.

Was okay dropping the car off. But when we landed back at Bristol at 2am there were only 2 mini buses there to pick all the people up who had parked in Oakwood. Having come from Corfu heat and having to wait in the damp and cold was not pleasant. As you would have been aware of how many people were on that flight more mini buses should have been laid on.

Parking easy and mini bus to airport good. Some confusion on return, pick up point should be made clear. Otherwise would have rated a 4.

I had thoroughly cleaned the inside of my car before I went away. On my return to collect it, I was very disappointed to find the interior of the driver and passenger side floor covered in mud. I accept when it is wet due to the car surfaces will me muddy but a paper should be used to prevent transferring mess as they do when services are carried out. Also I fail to understand why mess should have occurred on the passenger side.!!

Reasonable price & very close to airport. No problems checking in or out & fast transfer to & from airport. However, entrance/exit to parking is narrow causing congestion. Cars are parked in a field which was very muddy so when we picked up our car it was very dirty inside. Shuttle bus was also very dirty & smelt like cigarettes.

I always book with you and always had good service but this time I was very disappointed with the return service. Waited over 40 minutes to be picked up.

Finding the park was easy. leaving our car and get a shuttle bus to airport also very easy and immediate. On return it was not what we expected. very busy shuttle, many passengers, had to go back twice to get all of them, insufficient place for the luggage. otherwise it was good... so I have put neutral rating as we felt the return was a bit disorganised...

Booking in was easy and we arrived very early in the morning so being taken to the airport went very smoothly. However, on our return it was chaos. We phoned when we were in the car park as we were told. The bus arrived within 5 minutes but loads of people rushed the bus and we were unable to get on. Another bus arrived 15 minutes later but stopped in another place and by the time we saw it, it was full up. We went right to the entrance so we wouldn't miss the next bus, but even though we ran after it we were still unable to get on it. Fortunately as I complained that this was the third bus we had tried to get on, a couple gave up their seats and let us on. Surely there can be a better system. Maybe take our names when we ring in and give it to the driver so it can be a first come first served system. Instead the driver not the office is taking the calls and just saying a bus will be there soon.

Dropping your car off and going to the Airport is Great. Huge downside is collection, as they have no system for people to line up it is a mad rush for the bus irrespective if you have been waiting for 10 minutes or not, unfortunately due to this now happening to my wife and I twice we won't be using Oakwood again.

We'd not been to the car park before so the lack of signs outside was a major problem. I accept you had recently taken over the facility and this was probably a work in progress. Otherwise it worked well, regarding pick up from the airport and getting the car.
