Everything went to plan both going out and returning. Would use Oakwood again.

Check in / check out was hassle free and pick up was prompt. However, car was covered in a thick layer of dust on our return from holiday, which may deter us from booking with you again in the future.

On arrival at 5 am, procedure was unclear. Minibus drop off was fairly timely but pick up was a pretty poor twenty minutes. There is an urgent need to look at laying on an extra bus at peak times.

We were very impressed with the organisation of the parking and the service. The only downside was we had a nail in the tyre on return which split our tyre.

the driver on the way to the airport was lovely and friendly the driver on the return was very rude, wouldn't use the service again due to his attitude. Shouldn't be running a business with that attitude I understand it was last but that is part of the job.

Check in was quick and easy. We were immediately dropped at the airport. On our return which was at night in bad weather we were dropped in the parking area told our car was “up there somewhere either on the right or left” We were left slithering all over the place in the mud and dark trying to find the car. Better lighting might have helped!!

On arrival to the parking it was okay. However on return it was not. We waited 15 minutes. Some people could not get on the mini bus as one mini bus had broken down, you would think with all the money they are taking they would have decent buses. The one they used on our return was old and tarry.

No signage on entry to show where to go on arrival. No directions signs to office for registration. No lighting on car park when we returned in the dark, this could become a major problem through the winter, especially as the surface of the car pick up area is unmade. Apart from these points, the car was undamaged, the handover and pick up were very efficient, the transport system was acceptable and it was good value for money. We will use you again.

No fuss, no frills at a competitive price. Did what it said. Car park area very dark for early morning and late night arrivals and departures.

Service to the airport was hassle free, waiting for us at 05.30am, straight up to the airport. Return pick up was a nightmare, no organisation it was a first come first served !! we were a family of seven, bus got full in seconds had to wait 20 minutes for it to return with a baby then we were lucky to all get on nightmare. !!!
