Oakwood Parking Reviews

We've always used a Meet & Greet service at Bristol, but because of the extortionate £8.50 each way additional charge now imposed at Bristol Airport, we decided to give Oakwood Parking a go. Pleasantly surprised. Easy key drop off at reception, bus arrived promptly and the drop off area is at the old Meet & Greet site at the terminal. On return, a call to the driver & the bus was there as we exited the terminal. Will be using again.

Great drop off and pick up Can take longer than normal at peak times if only one bus running.

Easy booking procedure and easy to find and park. It’s just a shame that all parking in and near Bristol airport is a bit expensive.

It was £10 cheaper than Silver Zone, so we gave it a try, car park was muddy and we stood in a wooden shelter in the cold waiting for the bus, it was ok and if it was significantly cheaper than silver zone we would use it again but next time we will go back to Silverstone, it's a good service though, just not for us as we want clean feet and suitcases for our journey

Service was very good and easy to use.

As one who has been highly critical of this company in the past, it's a change to be able to comment positively for a change. In recent months a covered shelter has been constructed outside in the paking lot so at least you can keep dry while waiting for a van to arrive or leave. Whoever was on duty on Sunday, 22nd Feb did a great job in responding to arrival phone calls and fast tracking the pick up from the Terminal Short Stay. On top of which the same guy had to find and distribute the keys for arriving customers and this was around midnight too. Customer service on this (rare) occasion much improved.

Very efficient but car park very muddy and bus was pretty filthy. Wet Weather contributed to this situation. But good value for money.

Very efficient and good service. There have been improvements to the car park I.e. the shelter but the surface of the car park is poor and hopefully that will improve. Thank you.

Super easy and efficient. So close to the airport, didn’t have to wait long for bus. Parking surface isn’t even which makes wheeling heavy suitcases a little tricky - but you can get around that if one of your party waits in the little cabin where the bus drops you off whilst another goes and fetches the car.
