Experience was good, no issues apart from the car park. It’s very stoney hard to wheel your bags across & gets very dusty.

I've parked here a few times now and never been let down. Pick up from Bristol is always prompt - even in the middle of the night. Prices are reasonable. Staff are always organised and friendly. My car is always ready to roll upon my return. I would definitely be using Oakwood again and would 100% recommend - in fact I've already recommended to friends using Bristol airport.

A basic service, maybe that's why it was cheaper than others. Your expected to load and unload your own bags. Driver didn't even bother to open the door for passengers. Either 2 was not a problem. However, if the service was better he may need gotten a tip. But will use them again if the price is right. Dropping vehicle off and collecting is easier than the Silver Zone.

Parked here for many years now. Good service and prices. I just wish that the drop off area was tarmac. Just purchased new cases and one fell over onto the gravel and it was stinking. If it was just the area we're the minibus dropped you off on your return.

Reliable venue but had to give the car a big wash as very dirty. Could do with the area being tarmac as very stoney when pulling luggage around. Overall very pleased as always use Oakwood 😀

The service from Oakwood was very efficient with friendly, courteous staff. Very well organised with zero delay dropping off and collecting my car. I have only one criticism and that is that the car parking area is largely unsurfaced and very dusty. It is extremely difficult to pull a suitcase over it and it leaves a lot of dust/debris on the suitcase, particularly the wheels. I do recognise that it has been dry for a long time but I do not think that tis particularly changed the difficulty in moving across the surface.

Ideal location for Bristol Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Quick, organised key drop and collection. Due to the dry weather conditions; my car was very dusty!

Yes, we quite happily park at Oakwood a couple times year. Never had problem.

Quick tranfer to and from the airport. Reception staff polite and organised. Collection of your vehicle on return can be parked quite a way from the reception so advise when getting luggage of the mini bus if possible leave luggage near Reception as the parking area is very stoney and difficult to manoeuvre your case.
